(More customer reviews)I received this throw as a gift. It is very soft and the material retains heat well. However, within 2 days of using the throw, the controller/electrical component is already broken. While it occasionally turns on, it usually just flashes at me. I contacted customer service. The representative was trying to be helpful, but could barely speak English, and as a result the conversation forever because we couldn't understand each other. They recommended I return the throw to the store it was purchased at. So in summary: it's a great throw when it's working, but it goes on the fritz way too quickly!
