(More customer reviews)I can't imagine anyone being happy with this product, especially if they've had a good quality wool pad. This shed handfuls of wool all over the place with the first gentle washing to remove a toxic stink, which didn't go away. Claims to be "100% wool", but there are no-skid dots on the back that are definitely not made of wool! I rarely return a product but this was too expensive for the poor/low, made in China, quality. Unfortunately, in searching the web, I found a WARNING on another site and [...] site that they do not accept returns on this item "due to California law" (I searched for verification of this "law" and couldn't find any). They did not disclose a NO RETURN policy on Amazon. They were prompt in shipping the item but have not responded to my request for a refund yet. Don't get stuck with an over priced inferior product.
