(More customer reviews)I got this as a b-day gift from my husband. The robe is as described and I'm sure I would have been happy with it, but the one-size-fits-most just missed with me. And when I called Brookstone for a return authorization, I was told that since I took it out of the package, it is NOT RETURNABLE because it is considered a personal item in their return policy. I asked how I was supposed to have tried it on without taking it out of the package, but they were unsympathetic. So while there's no problem with the product itself, just make sure that if you're buying it as a gift that you take that into consideration.
