(More customer reviews)I looked hard to find microfleece and not polar fleece sheets. These have a fine texture that is lovely to slip onto naked. There are no cold spots in bed, yay! The sizing of the bottom sheet is "generous" as I have a mattress with no topper. The sheets are so full that I can only fit one sheet in the washer at a time, either the top (plush on both sides) or the bottom (plush on one side).
The only reason I didn't rate the sheets as a "5" is this. While the bottom sheet launders beautifully, the top sheet came out of the dryer covered with lint balls. At first I thought my dryer was broken because the lint filter was clean, and I took the dryer and hose apart and cleaned them. Then I spent I don't know how long vacuuming the sheet with the brush attachment. I know what you're thinking, but I've never even thought of vacuuming a sheet before. Anyway, that night, sinking deliciously into the sheets, I thought "that was SO worth it!" Seriously decadent. After the second washing, the lint problem was a little better, and I only vacuumed one side of the top sheet. Next washing, I'll vacuum the other side. At least they do vacuum up beautifully.
If this keeps up, perhaps I'll be able to fit both sheets in the washer at once.
UPDATE: After three washings, the pilling is as bad as ever. The side I didn't vacuum last time was covered with lumpy pills. I'm really tired of spending an hour brushing the top sheet. Without the brushing, the pills are big enough to seriously interfere with the delicious texture. I hate to be "the princess and the pea", but these are going to Goodwill.
