(More customer reviews)The Aden and Anais swaddling blankets are absolutely awesome! I LOVE them. Compared to regular swaddling blankets these are a lot bigger, softer and more breathable. You can get a nice snug swaddle that baby wont wiggle out of immediately, but they "stretch" enough that the baby wont be too constricted. My daughter gets "hot" at night and these wraps were breathable enough that she stayed cozy without over-heating. With a new baby they may seem big, but folded in a triangle they are just perfect to swaddle with. the great thing is that baby wont grow out of the blankets within a week or two like with receiving blankets. My daughter liked to be swaddled during naps through about 3 months old and I got good use out of these, unlike my "swaddleme" wraps (with velcro) that got to short for my baby to fit in and got too hot. Plus they are perfect to throw over a car seat to shield baby from the sun, or a great place to set down baby when you are visiting someones house, and are big enough to double as a quick and easy nursing cover. I recommend these to all of my pregnant friends and new moms and I will be getting more of these for my second baby. This is definitely one of my top-ten baby items!
