(More customer reviews)I had my daughter 9 days ago, so I haven't used her cradle much (i have a handmade antique replica cradle that is an odd size, requiring a bassinet mattress for the best fit) so I don't know yet how it functions as a waterproof pad. However, it is very well made and is very soft, not crinkly like plastic protectors. It seems like it will work very well, but it is also a little too large for my 18x30 mattress; it required a little extra attention when putting the sheet on. I gave it 4 stars because i haven't had much time with it to see how it functions and because it is a little large. Other than that i would recommend this product.
