(More customer reviews)These pillow cases are obviously "2nds". Most likely the ones that did not make the grade during the manufacturing process and inspection process. Most likely rejected as flawed, set aside and are now being sold at low prices to recover the maufacturing company's losses on materials (probably under a different name). No reputable manufacturing company would sell these as "FIRST GRADE' quality on purpose. Sounds crazy?

I ordered 3 different sets of these pillow cases in 3 different colors. All have quality issues of one type or another. One thing they all have in common is that the decorative holes at the end of the pillow cases don't line up at the seam as seen in the above picture and described by the previous reviewer. The attention to detail is just not there. The ivory set is by far the worst. One pillow case is 2" wider than the other! The material on this pillow case is also much thicker and rougher than all the other pillow cases. The taupe set has flaws in the weave. Sort of knots or bunching of the material here and there and the material is not soft. The light blue set is by far the best. Nice soft material, beautiful color but once again the holes do not line up at the seam. None of these would pass a manufacturing inspection.
I use 2 pillows on each side of the bed. That's why I ordered these because my new sheet sets (Not Rockland) only came with 2 cases and I needed 4. These will be used on the bottom pillows because they are just too rough to lay my face on (except for the blue ones). Also it would be embarrassing for guests to see the lousy quality. Especially when my new sheet sets are of such nice quality and quality control in comparison to these. I recommend you spend a little more and get decent quality you can be proud of and that are comfortable to use. You will definitely need to iron these as they wrinkle badly even when following the laundering directions (100 percent cotton). If you are not going to iron them it does help some if you remove them from the dryer immediately and hand spread them flat on your bed for awhile before folding or putting onto a pillow. It will make the wrinkles a bit smaller. If you decide to buy these I wish you good luck because it seems to sort of be hit and miss on quality but mostly miss!
