(More customer reviews)Problems with VisionDecor, they are not great communicators. Email turn around is anywhere form next day to never. Ny order showed as being fulfilled and shipped and after a week, FedEx said it had not yet been picked up. Long hassle trying to get Customer Service on the phone, finally found out the origina unit was damaged, waiting on a replacement. VisionDecor did make extra effort to get the unit shipped that day and to refund my shipping costs.
The unit arrived with slight shipping damage on the upper lid corner. Rather than try and ship it back, wait for another unit, etc. I opted to apply some cordovan show polish and use books to weight the lid so it would straighten out. It worked and things are ok now.
The unit is as advertised, same as the picture, and dimensions are true. My wife loved the piece and is happy I was able to repair it.
I would rate the product 5 stars, communication as 2 stars, customer service (once you get them on the phone) as 4 stars and shipping as 1 star. Many reviews said products from VisionDecor arrive damaged. May be time to get a new shipper.
