(More customer reviews)I bought one of these a few years ago, and didn't even remember where, but I assumed amazon.com since that's where I buy nearly everything. When one of the controllers stopped working, I called the customer service 800 number, which allowed me to leave a message. I got a return call within a day, and after a brief conversation, a new controller was dispatched to me which fixed it. I told them it was "a few years old" and that I "probably" bought it from amazon.com, and even so, all it took was the model number and a serial number from the controller for them to cheerfully send a replacement.
