the size is true to form.
the construction is excellent.
it's easy to put on & to adjust.
Although it's only a size small, rather than our usual small-medium size;
it fits perfectly on my 12 pound schnoodle (whose back length is 14").
I paid less than $15 & no S&H and happily got more than I expected.
It's not highest quality (ripstop) fabric but it appears to exactly fit our needs & tastes.
I would order this again in another color.
I don't know how it will hold up after washing.

This is one of two orders I've placed with PPE Pets, through Amazon, and have loved their quick shipping and no S&H.
This coat would have cost more & I would have had to order a minimum amount to get free S&H if I'd shopped at their website.
