(More customer reviews)We received a Little Giraffe Chenille blanket for our newborn daughter as a shower gift a few months ago and loved it. It was so soft and plush it was like it was made from chinchilla fur. When my wife discovered it was available in a full size for the home, she thought it would be a great gift for her sister. The blanket arrived promptly but was not as soft to the touch as the baby version. The surface texture isn't as smooth and the fibers seem larger and more coarse. It is still a soft blanket, but for $157 it needed to be exceptional, or at least match the softness of the baby version to feel it was worth the expense. We returned it.
