The only thing that I do not like is the price so I wish that I had put it on my registry. It's a perfect gift for a new mom. I used another blanket to cover my infant in his carseat/carrier the first few months, and it was such a pain. I was always picking it up off the floor and trying to fold it and keep him covered. This blanket is just the right size, and the ties are a godsend. The soft side is SO soft, and I'm thrilled to have the waterproof side because the little canopy on the carrier doesn't completely cover him when it's raining. I just wish that I had bit the bullet and purchased this months ago.
