West Point has a web-site designed to avoid customer interaction. The only way you will find out where to send the broken controller is on the warranty form.

The Sleepwarmer Automatic Blanket is a state-of-the-art electrically heated blanket that combines luxurious softness with an advanced heating system for precise, all-night comfort.
