There was a minor problem after washing it (which you have to do before you use it)- some stitching came apart. The seller, Serendipity Shopper, handled it right away, and Snugglewool is sending a replacement immediately. They said there was a glitch in making it (incorrect needle used to stitch it). Great customer service- better than you could expect.
I know my baby is going to LOVE this blanket!
