(More customer reviews)The color appeared quite darker in person than the online image. I purchased primarily due to price, yet see the price here fluctuates rather wildly. If you can get it for super cheap, go for it...the qulality is decent, but nothing exceptionally special. It's a tad stiff, the tassles don't look particularly special, and am not sure it would withstand multiple washings. I bought it mainly to protect a piece of furniture from dogs claws. Would not recommend as a showy piece. Rather, if need a fancy 'towel' and can find it inexpensively, it will do. No great shakes. Plus, make sure you wash it prior to use as it will bleed on light furniture! Like already mentioned, I see this morenlike a towel with tassles than a 'throw'. And it will NOT povide genuine warmth if that is your goal.
