(More customer reviews)Vinyl very firm (too firm) and zipper very small and not of good quality. Product suits my needs of protecting and storing my 22 inch carry-on luggage and fits well. Just have to be very careful with zipping it. Thus far, zipper hasn't broken and product hasn't torn, but you need to be very careful with it to extend its longevity.
