(More customer reviews)I have 3 kids. I did not discover muslin blankets until my 3rd--and, boy, do I wish I had stumbled upon them sooner! After she reached 3 months, I was having trouble keeping my little one swaddled because the regular receiving blankets were too small. Then I found Bambinos at a local natural family store. They are larger than normal receiving blankets (but not too large) which makes them easy to swaddle with. They are also slightly stretchy which also helps. And they are so soft after being washed!! My now 4 1/2 month old loves to play with them when she's awake--she balls them up and squeezes them when she's in her car seat. Also, these are fantastic for summer--lightweight, breathable. I thought I would have to give up swaddling my daughter this summer, but not now. These blankets also make great sun covers or nursing coverups without being hot. I know they are a bit pricey, but I have found them to be totally worth it. I am going to chuck all of the other baby blankets and keep these. And I'm buying muslin blankets for expectant parents I know. They are sure to love them, especially with summer babies!
