(More customer reviews)bought this item for my son's bed - it does the job heating the bed, but it's one step above cardboard for comfort and you can feel the wires through it. Very uncomfortable! We purchased the Sunbeam Camelot Haven II for our bed and couldn't be happier with it - soft & never felt a wire, 5 years later - works & looks like new. We will be purchasing another Camelot Haven II for our new king sized bed and one for my son's bed as well - buy-bye Biddeford...lesson learned - don't go cheap for an item like this...
