(More customer reviews)I decided to buy an extra blanket because, just about every night, my wife and our kitties end up taking most of the main blanket, leaving me with just a corner.
This blanket has some weight to it (a plus!) and almost feels damp because of the polyester used. It is very warm and comfortable, though...and best of all, it's machine washable, although I would probably wash it alone, on the gentlest cycle possible.
My wife's concern is that our kitties will end up shredding the blanket to pieces...which is a definite possibility in this crazy house. Luckily, the blanket comes with it's own plastic storage bag so, I will probably store the blanket, during the day, to keep the kitties' mischief to a minimum.
I'll update this review in a few months after I've seen how well this blanket holds up...especially under constant assault from our kitties!
