When I first discovered taggie toys, there was a taggie blanket in the store that I passed up and TOTALLY regret to this day. It was high-priced at the time, so I did not purchase it. Now, as finances are much, much better, I went out in search of a taggie blanket and was EXTREMELY disappointed to find that all taggie blankets are SUPER SMALL in size. Please be aware that this blanket is for the sole purpose of a child using the small tags to mess with. It is about the size of a bandana handkerchief (maybe a bit smaller). Our daughter really likes this blanket, which is why I bought it anyway, but it is very sad to me that taggies no longer makes any kind of "regular" blanket to actually put on a child during nap time. As for the blanket itself, it is a very nice, pretty blanket. It is very, very soft and I cannot imagine any little child not liking how it feels or not having fun with the good amount of tags on it. I would recommend it as a gift, for sure. Just don't expect it to be bigger than about the size of many handkerchiefs.
