(More customer reviews)The blanket only worked on one side until I turned the plug-in around... why it made a difference I don't know, but it seems to work okay now. It doesn't get as warm as the other one we have...but it is warmer now that I turned the plug around. I thought it would only plug in one way, but it doesn't.
