(More customer reviews)We've had a couple of these for a year now and they are okay as in they are still around but we wouldn't get more.
Hopefully, a brief enumeration of features could help someone decide on whether they want one or not:
- 100% polyester.
- Charged with static. If you can't stand the little static discharges on your skin, stay away from them.
- Light. And they are very light, you can hardly feel their weight but the static will probably keep the blanket sticking to your clothing.
- Small. At 5 ft. they are too small for me and most grownups but our little baby girl uses them occasionally.
- Moderately effective at keeping one warm. Air tends to pass through them easily so they won't keep one warm in a cold room.
- Fragile. These are not heavy duty blankets. Since you're not likely to use them much, you probably won't have to wash them too often so they are likely to last for a while.
- Nice colors and patterns. If you pick them for their decorative quality, as accent throws, they look good, just pick the right ones and you should be happy. They look good but they do look "polyesterish".
To conclude: these are not top of the line blankets but you may be able to find a use for one. The 3-star rating means "It's Okay". It does not mean "I like it" (4 stars) or "I love it" (5 stars).
